Every service is booked by appointment. Clients arrive with clean skin and no lotion, oil, deodorant or perfume on the area, and with hair about a quarter inch long; the team can trim longer hair in the studio. Most clients return every four to six weeks, and new clients are advised to come every four weeks. Clients may be waxed during their period.
Booking requires a valid payment method and can be done through the online scheduling system, by phone, by email, or through social media. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a 50% fee to the card on file. Arriving more than 7 minutes late can be treated as a cancellation. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Hours are Monday and Thursday noon to 8 PM, Wednesday 2 to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays.
