The name Gemelli is Italian for twin, a nod to the connection between her healthcare background and her interest in mind and body wellness.

Guests can use a changing area with lockers, robes and sandals, and a relaxation area before or after their services. Complimentary beverages and fruit are offered. Massage clients complete a short health questionnaire at check-in, and the salon says its massage therapists are trained to keep guests fully draped during treatments. The salon serves locals, high school and college students, and visitors from out of town.

Appointments are not required, though clients can book online through the website portal or by phone. A credit or debit card is needed to hold an appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours ahead, through the online client portal or by phone; a later cancellation incurs a fee of 50% of the service price. Hair consultations are offered, and the consultation price is credited toward the service. Hours are Monday 12PM to 6PM, Tuesday and Saturday 9AM to 7PM, Wednesday through Friday 9AM to 9PM, and Sunday 12PM to 5PM.

Built on the founder's healthcare background and a mind and body wellness focus, with organic and CBD-based options alongside infrared and halotherapy sessions.

The salon describes its setting as upscale and sophisticated, with an atmosphere it says is unlike other spas in the El Paso area.
