Hair services are organized into three levels: apprentice, stylist and master stylist. Apprentices are licensed cosmetologists who take walk-in and scheduled guests, and they perform only single-process color services after consulting with a senior or master stylist. The salon says stylists have at least five years of experience as licensed stylists, and master stylists have at least 10 years in the industry. Prices differ by level, and the salon says prices also reflect a provider's demand and specialized training.

Spa services include facials, face and body waxing, and add-on peels and dermabrasion. Facials range from a 30-minute targeted treatment to a 90-minute session that includes head, neck and shoulder massage and aromatherapy. Skincare uses the Green Envee and Dermalogica lines. Glam services cover bridal makeup and bridal trials, everyday makeup, eye, lip and cheek makeup, and lashes. Extensions are done by qualified stylists by scheduled appointment only, with pricing set after an in-depth consultation. Permanent jewelry is made as bracelets, necklaces, anklets and rings with the ends welded closed so the piece stays on, and pricing is provided when clients call or text.

Appointments are recommended, and listed prices are starting points, so a consultation is suggested for a more accurate quote. Stylists may adjust prices based on hair length and density. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 to 7, Thursday from 10 to 5, Friday from 10 to 7, and Saturday from 9 to 3, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a fee of 50% of the booked services. No-shows are charged 100%. Cut or color concerns must be reported within seven days for a correction, and retail purchases can be exchanged for full credit within 20 days. Bridal bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit per person and a valid credit card, and bridal parties need 21 days' notice to cancel.
