A dry manicure here skips soaking. An e-file exfoliates and gently pushes back the cuticles, then the nails are buffed and shaped before builder gel is applied. Structured gel is firmer than regular gel polish and adds a protective layer to the natural nail. These services include no extensions or enhancements, and a regular appointment can also fix or extend up to two broken nails.

Clients with acrylic, dip powder, poly gel, Gel-X or other extensions need to have them removed before the visit, since the studio does not work over or remove them. Gel removal is included in returning services after a first appointment. Foreign fill is available for gel or builder gel applied at another salon.

Booking requires card details, which are not charged when the appointment is made. Cancelling within 24 hours of the start time means the full service cost is charged. Late arrivals beyond a short grace period are treated as no-shows. The full balance is paid at the end of the appointment by debit, credit, Apple Pay or cash, and reminder texts are sent the day before, so contact details should be kept current.
