A session starts with a scalp analysis, which uses scalp analysis technology. Clients do not need to wash their hair first, because two detox shampoos are included. The treatment covers scalp massage, a neck and shoulder rub, micro mist, aromatherapy, and a dry brush and double cleanse. Every head spa also includes a blow dry, done with Rev Air vacuum drying machines in a reverse blow dry.

Bed options vary. A deluxe heated flat bed is used for solo or couples sessions, and clients can upgrade to the Ultimate bed for $15. The Hot Stone Bed, which uses warming stones and light therapy, is for solo sessions only. Parties of two or more can reserve by contacting Tina at 574-339-0029, with text preferred. Up to four people can be accommodated at the same time, depending on availability. Equipment has a 450-pound safety weight limit, and clients with concerns are asked to contact the team before booking.

Head spa appointments and memberships are booked through the salon's online booking page. Memberships are valid for three months and are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be bought online or in store, and gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. A tip is not included but can be added.

The salon combines traditional head spa techniques with modern equipment and uses organic oils and nourishing masks, according to its own description.
