New clients can book a free consultation of about ten minutes, where the natural nails are checked for condition and health before any service. The menu runs from regular and gel polish manicures and builder gel dry manicures to express gel and regular pedicures, a pedicure without polish, Spa Pedicure and Pedicure Restore Luxe. The Gallery and Lux Pedicure, which the salon calls its signature pedicure, includes shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, callus care, hydration, a relaxing massage and polish.

Acrylic and Gel-X applications start at $65 and each includes a dry manicure, the extension and one solid color. Length options and pricing vary, and acrylic applications take about 60 minutes or more while Gel-X takes about 105 minutes or more. Nail art, French designs, crystals, custom designs and removal of a previous product are extra on extensions. Nail art runs in tiers from $10 to $40 and up, and Tier 1 designs can be added to manicures, pedicures and extensions.

Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled amount. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.

The studio offers classes for continuing education, including Gel-X, dry manicure and builder gel, acrylic, 3D nail art, one-on-one advanced training, a six-day course, a state exam preparation session, and private and spa pedicure classes. The classes do not provide a manicurist license, and state exam prep does not replace state-approved schooling. A free 15-minute phone consultation about private classes must be booked in advance.
