A massage visit begins with a consultation about the client's needs and preferences. Clients are professionally draped throughout, with only the area being worked on exposed. The studio says its massage therapists are licensed professionals and that its treatments use high-quality products, including eco-friendly oils and lotions.

The massage menu covers Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, cupping, hot stone, four hands, Ayurvedic lymphatic, reflexology and sports massage. Body treatments include a full body dry glove exfoliation and massage, a 30-minute belly love mud wrap designed for pregnancy discomfort, and a 100-minute detoxing aroma wrap.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute express facial at $60 to a 100-dollar custom skincare facial, and includes chemical peels priced $35 to $45, dermaplaning, K-Beauty glass skin, acne, men's and red carpet facials, plus LED and high-frequency options. Procell Microchanneling is offered as a treatment, and the studio sells Sanitas products. Gift cards work for massages, facials and beauty treatments, and the Relaxation Club membership is $89 per month.

Custom facials start with a skin analysis and move through cleansing, exfoliation, a targeted treatment, massage and a moisturizer with SPF, and they are designed for sensitive, oily, dry and combination skin. The studio suggests custom facials every four to six weeks and express facials every two to four weeks.
