Visits begin with a conversation about the hair as it is now: the current color, any earlier treatments, and the condition of the hair, which is treated as a central part of planning color. Clients are asked to bring a reference photo and say what they like about it, and the two talk through the direction together. Consultations start with a current photo taken in natural light, along with recent color history. A reference serves as a direction rather than a guaranteed result.

Services cover blonding and lightening, balayage, AirTouch, highlights, shatush, ombre and sombre, root melt and root shadow, single-tone color with toning, and creative multi-tone color, as well as women's haircuts and trims planned around length, shape and daily styling. Some changes, such as moving previously dark hair toward blonde or reaching brighter shades, may take more than one visit or need a lighter base first.

Appointment length depends on the technique, hair length, density and the work involved, so the duration is confirmed beforehand. A $50 deposit is required to book and is applied toward the service; it is refundable on request within 24 hours of payment and non-refundable after that. An appointment can be rescheduled once, no later than 48 hours before, to a new date within 7 days of the original; a second reschedule requires a new deposit. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Saturday appointments are arranged directly, and Sunday is closed. Services, prices and times are listed through the online booking button, and prices depend on the work needed, so starting prices are not personal quotes.

Appointments start from the client's current hair and the result they have in mind, with the condition of the hair kept in view throughout. The business aims for quality work and lasting relationships with clients.
