Galactic Artistry describes itself as a place where nail care meets luxury. The salon works mainly with natural nails, with services aimed at helping them grow, get stronger and hold their length.

Gel work is the core of the menu. The salon uses polygel and BIAB structured soft and hard gel systems, and also offers traditional manicures alongside its gel services.

First-time clients are offered a longer appointment that begins with a nail assessment and removes existing product if needed, then moves into a Russian manicure and a structured gel overlay. Clients can choose a gel polish color or a clear topcoat, and nail art is not included in that visit.

The salon also offers a 1:1 Structured Manicure Training course for licensed nail technicians. It is a private, two-day, hands-on course of about 12 hours of instruction, with a model included and lunch on the first day. The course costs $850 in total, with a $200 nonrefundable deposit and the $650 balance due before the training date.

Because the salon is appointment-only, clients book ahead. The site sets a 10-minute grace period, a cancellation window of more than 72 hours, and a 75% charge for cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day. Bookings must use the client's legal first and last name.
