Every service is planned around where the client starts: their hair type, previous color or chemical work, maintenance preferences and the result they want. Color visits begin with a consultation about past color and chemical services. Some goals need more than one appointment, and the salon is upfront that going much lighter is not always possible in a single visit, depending on starting color, chemical history and hair condition.

The color menu covers custom hair color for root maintenance, gray coverage, deeper tones or an all-over refresh, and creative color in vivid or fashion shades outside a traditional palette. Highlights are customized for brightness, dimension and movement. Balayage uses blended placement for a natural-looking lift and a softer grow-out; it can be adapted for brunette and dark hair, though previously colored dark hair may call for a more gradual approach.
