The menu runs from express and signature facials to dermaplaning, with a Face Reality acne program at its center. The program starts with a 15-minute consultation covering skin history, a skin analysis, a custom plan and product recommendations, and joining requires the Face Reality home care products. Current program clients can add a professional peel. Peels on the menu include the Red Carpet level 1 exfoliating peel, which includes dermaplaning, and the Level 2+ Invigorate peel, a 12% TCA peel by Cosmedix.
Brow services include a brow tint, a hybrid tint and shape that stains the skin and tints brow hairs for up to six weeks, and a lamination with shaping and tinting. Lash options are a tint and a lash lift with tint. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, bikini and legs. Spray tans are custom-matched to skin tone, undertone and desired depth, with a monthly Tan Babe membership and a Sun-Kissed VIP subscription available. Makeup is traditional only, as airbrush is not offered at this time.
Booking policies are firm. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and a cancellation without that notice is charged 50% of the service to the card on file. A missed appointment or no-show is charged 100%. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled with a $25 late fee. Clients who cancel or no-show three times in a row are automatically banned from booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval must be completed before the appointment.
Each result is tailored to the individual client, with the goal of enhancing what already makes each person themselves rather than applying one routine to everyone.
