Visits begin with a personalized assessment. Clients can book a free video call to talk through brow design before choosing a date, and an in-person consultation is optional and carries no extra cost. Each step, from design and application through aftercare, is explained in advance. Topical anesthesia of professional grade is used so treatments stay comfortable, and aftercare products are provided to support healing and pigment retention. The studio describes its space as calm and welcoming, planned around client comfort and safety.

Brow micropigmentation covers microblading, powder brows, ombre brows, microshading, a hybrid technique and eyebrow color correction, with Complete Microblading including custom design, pigment selection, hair-by-hair application and a follow-up touch-up. Lip work includes lip blush and lip color correction, which neutralizes dark or uneven tones before a lip blush. Pigment removal by laser or chemical methods is available for unwanted micropigmentation or tattoos. Outside micropigmentation, the menu includes brow lamination, lash lifting, several facial families, microneedling, peels and body treatments.

The studio also teaches micropigmentation. Options include a small-group class with hands-on practice, private one-on-one training tailored to the student, and virtual mentoring calls covering technique refinement and building a business.
