Extensions begin with a paid consultation to choose the look and match color and texture. A signed waiver is required before the service, and payment for extensions and materials is due in advance and is non-refundable. Express Color Bundles combine a mini lightening service, an express root touch-up and a haircut with style in one visit of about three hours. The salon also sells Loma hair care products, and it has experience cutting straight, thick and fine hair textures commonly found in Asian hair. The studio is wheelchair-accessible, though clients who need help transferring from a wheelchair to the shampoo chair should contact the salon ahead of time.
