The menu is built around waxing. The Brazilian options are grouped by time since the last wax: a standard visit for clients who wax every five weeks or less, a first-time visit for clients six or more weeks out, and an extended Brazilian that covers the full front, full butt, inner thigh and stomach strip. Body waxing covers bikini, legs, arms, underarms, booty and the back, with full body sessions typically running 60 to 120 minutes. Brow services include shaping, full face and brows, tinting and staining, and brow lamination. Lash services are lash tints and lash lifts, with a tinted lift also available. Face waxing covers ears, chin and nose, and the booking page also lists a set of hair services. The salon states that regular waxing weakens the follicle so hair grows back finer and sparser over time.

A visit starts with a free 30-minute consultation option. Hair should be about one-quarter inch before a body wax, and clients are asked not to shave between waxes. First-time waxing clients are advised to let hair grow at least four weeks before the first appointment, and body waxing is usually rebooked every three to four weeks. The studio does not provide numbing cream, but clients may apply their own beforehand. After each service Teresa gives personalized aftercare guidance and product recommendations.

Booking is online only, and the studio does not take bookings by text or direct message. A card on file is required for every service, and a non-refundable deposit between $15 and $100 is charged depending on the service. Reminders go out at least 24 hours ahead by text, email or both. Reschedules need 48 or more hours of notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours, including same-day changes, are charged the full service fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients who arrive late are charged the full service cost even if the appointment is shortened.

The studio is built around expert waxing with top-tier products and single-use wax sticks. The salon describes its hygiene standard as clinical-level clean, with surfaces and tools disinfected between clients.
