About

The spa's Tucson studio is on North Oracle Road, open Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm, and closed on Mondays. A second location on South State Street in Sandy is listed as coming soon, with no opening details shared yet. Everything is by appointment only.

Each visit starts with an evaluation of the client's skin, nails and health history, followed by a personalized care plan built around their concerns, lifestyle and goals. The spa describes its mission as helping people move comfortably and confidently through expert foot wellness care, and says foot health comes first. It works within its scope of practice: it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it refers clients to a podiatrist when medical care is needed.

Reusable metal tools are cleaned, disinfected and then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave, which the spa says goes beyond standard salon requirements. Pedicures use medical-grade PodoExpert products formulated for podiatry. Paramedical pedicures take place in a private room. The spa says it is a preferred referral for paramedical pedicures among local podiatrists and keeps a referral network for clients who need podiatric or medical care.

A valid credit card is required at booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and reminders go out 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50% service fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. Two missed appointments without proper notice move a client to prepay-only booking. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment changed or rescheduled, with the full service cost charged.

Chipped polish reported within a week is fixed free of charge. An Onyfix brace that comes loose within two weeks is put back on at no cost, and a nail reconstruction that breaks within two weeks is redone for free. Requests made after those windows may incur standard charges. Guests with diabetes or a weakened immune system are accepted with a doctor's approval and are asked to contact the spa before booking. Anyone with an open sore, a possible infection, plantar warts, notable nail changes or ongoing pain needs a healthcare provider's assessment before a pedicure.

Dry care throughout, with no soaking of feet, a skin, nail and health evaluation at every visit, and referral to a podiatrist when medical care is needed.
