Fusion Wellness Center was founded by Dr. Benjamin Krasne to bring physician-led oversight to health, longevity and regenerative medicine. The center describes itself as a physician-led wellness and longevity center in Fort Lauderdale, and all medical services are overseen by a licensed physician.

A visit begins with a free consultation for new patients, which can be booked online or by phone, to talk through health concerns and goals. Evaluations look at symptoms, health history, lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition and relevant lab testing. Hormone evaluation, thyroid evaluation, metabolic assessment and lifestyle strategies are possible parts of a plan, but none are assumed in advance. Recommendations are individualized, and physician oversight continues as care evolves.

Care is organized into six Areas of Care: energy and performance, appearance and confidence, recovery and healing, weight and metabolism, hormones and optimization, and preventive health. Within energy and performance, options include NAD cellular energy therapy, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nutritional support and recovery programs. Skin options include red light therapy and regenerative PRF approaches, and hair options include scalp health evaluation and nutritional assessment.

CORE is listed at $89 per month and includes quarterly labs reviewed and explained by a physician, body composition and metabolic tracking, biological age testing, a personalized plan and one red light or compression recovery session per month. OPTIMIZE is listed at $199 per month and adds a personalized wellness roadmap, one wellness injection per month, a monthly recovery day pass and priority scheduling. ELITE is listed at $399 per month and adds one IV therapy session per month, concierge clinical access, white-glove care coordination and preferred family pricing. Members also get access to the Fusion Health Dashboard and preferred pricing on services.

The center offers a private outdoor calisthenics courtyard with a custom Ken Guru Pro setup, along with calisthenics classes and movement events. Schedules and courtyard access policies are confirmed by contacting the business. Telehealth consultations and follow-ups may be available depending on state rules, in the listed states. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 12pm to 5pm and Wednesday through Friday 9am to 5pm, with early morning, evening and weekend appointments available by request.
