Services are grouped into extensions, hair color, kids' cuts, men's haircuts, styling, treatments and women's haircuts. Color is priced by coverage and hair length, so a root touch-up, a foil service and a balayage each have their own starting prices. Extensions are split between tape-in, which begins with a consultation, and clip-in, where the custom cut is listed separately and hair is not included.

Appointments can be booked online. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and hours vary by stylist; it is closed on Sunday. Some prices vary from one stylist to another, and extension pricing is subject to change. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or the client is charged 50% of the service. A no-show is charged the full price of the service.

The salon combines a traditional salon approach with a more natural, organic outlook. It offers organic options and eco-friendly choices, including a dry haircut that the salon says saves water and electricity.
