The women's menu runs from lip, chin and sideburns, nose and brow through underarm, bikini and Brazilian, French, bum and full bum, to half and full arm and half and full leg, with a full face option that includes brow. The men's menu covers ear, shoulders, neck, back and chest and stomach, along with brow, nose, underarms, arms and legs.

Before a waxing appointment, hair should be at least a quarter inch long. That can take up to two weeks to grow in, and the time varies by person. Clients who are unsure can still book and have their options reviewed at the appointment. Staff watch clients' reactions during the visit to manage discomfort, and aftercare is explained then. Clients are advised to wear loose, clean clothing to limit rubbing and breakouts, and to exfoliate the area before and after waxing while hair regrows.
