Full Blown Salon & Suites

The business occupies a stone building in Humble's historic district on the corner of Main Street and N. Avenue C. The building has been renovated and updated.

Rather than running services itself, the building leases furnished suites to licensed professionals such as stylists, aestheticians, cosmetologists and barbers, along with retail and office tenants. Each suite has its own business hours, and each lessee carries its own insurance and is responsible for its own services and client experience.

Suites have 12-foot ceilings, and sizes and layouts vary. Some have two styling stations, some have one, and some are double rooms. Several include a sink, a display cabinet, a ceiling fan or windows. Lease terms include electric, water and waste disposal.

The building offers shared amenities: four stylist washbowls, two restrooms, three waiting areas with smart TV access, an ATM, a refrigerator, a microwave, a water cooler, washer and dryer rental, internet access, and outdoor seating. A monitored security system and keyed access cover the building and each suite. Parking is in a privately owned lot at the rear, with free street parking on two sides of the building and curbside access at the front.

Children must be supervised at all times and may not move around the property alone. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the property.
