Whole-body cryotherapy sessions run up to 3 minutes and are done in a Cryobuilt Alpine unit. Targeted cryotherapy is priced by the size of the area: a small area covers parts such as the ankle, calf, knee, hand, wrist, elbow, bicep and tricep; a medium area covers the shoulder, back of the neck and head; and a large area covers the thigh, hip, back and chest. The CryoFacial Toning (Frotox) service directs a stream of very cold air at the face and takes 6 to 8 minutes.
Red light therapy is done on Theralight 360 equipment, with whole-body sessions starting at $25 and lasting 15 to 30 minutes. Normatec compression is offered as a lounge service, with full legs, hips, knees, shoulders and arms starting at $25 for 15 to 60 minutes, and back compression included at no charge.
CryoSlimming uses cryolipolysis to treat the abdomen, thighs, arms, hips, back and chin. A single session costs $100 and takes about 12 minutes. Packages are available by area, and each treated area counts as one session in the 10-session mix. The business notes that full results can take up to four months to appear, and that the chin package may need 1 to 3 sessions, while the thigh package is typically 2 to 4 sessions. Abdomen and flank sessions are spaced about two weeks apart.
For ongoing visits, the studio offers the VIP Wellness membership at $20 per month, which includes 15% off core services, access to monthly specials, up to 60 minutes of compression and up to 30 minutes of red light. A Student Athlete membership at $100 per month covers unlimited cryotherapy, red light or compression for students with a student ID, with limits of 3 uses per day, 30 minutes of compression and 15 minutes of red light.
