Haircutting is open to all ages, genders, and hair types, and every appointment starts with a personalized consultation. Coloring covers natural shades, subtle changes, and bold transformations, including balayage, highlights, grey coverage, all over color, and fashion color. Keratin smoothing is offered for frizzy or unruly hair and is described as suitable for all hair types. The Express treatment takes 6 to 8 weeks and the Signature treatment lasts 3 to 5 months. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, and chin, and conditioning treatments are offered as add-ons.

New clients are encouraged to book a free consultation with a stylist to talk through services and get a price quote. Pricing depends on hair length, hair density, and the stylist's experience level, and the stylist states the price before each service begins. Payment is collected in full when the service is complete. A valid credit card must be on file to book any service, and certain services require a non-refundable deposit. Appointment confirmations go out by text or email 72 hours ahead.

Changes to an appointment need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged at 50% of the booked services. No-shows and cancellations made less than 2 hours ahead are charged 100% of the booked services, with sickness and emergencies as exceptions. The salon offers free adjustments for its own mistakes made within two weeks of the first appointment, but adjustments do not cover a change of mind about the result.

The salon does not give refunds for services or products. Hair products with under 75% of the contents used can be swapped or applied as store credit if they are brought back within 30 days. Children under 12 are asked to stay home unless they have their own appointment. Clients who arrive with a child for their appointment are asked to rebook for another day.

The salon focuses on natural hair color and natural products, and aims for an environment where beauty and personal growth go together.
