Treatments center on skin analysis and product recommendations. Facials range from a signature Fresh Skin Facial and an Eminence Organics facial to an acne-focused treatment with a detox gel deep pore step, a dedicated teen facial, and an oxygenating facial that the spa markets for clients exposed to air pollution or smoke.

Beyond facials, the spa offers medical grade microdermabrasion, microneedling (which the spa describes as creating micro channels to prompt collagen production), peels including a 4% retinol peel and a body smoothing peel, dermaplaning, and True Plasma Fibroblast treatments for acne scars, crow's feet, forehead lines, a set of areas labeled Elevens, and a nonsurgical neck lift with no downtime. Celluma LED light therapy is available as a standalone treatment, an add-on, within a facial, or as a package.

Brow and lash services include brow tinting with a European tint product, brow shaping, lash tinting, and lash lifts that the spa says last six to twelve weeks. Waxing is done with a resin wax rather than plastic wax.

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations, and a fee or full payment of the missed appointment may apply. Late arrivals receive service for the time that remains. Skincare products are sold on site, and a $35 product consultation fee can be applied toward a purchase.

Skin analysis leads to product recommendations, using medical grade and results-oriented skincare lines.
