The studio uses a hypoallergenic wax designed for sensitive skin and says its waxing suits every skin type. Each service is done with gloves on, a single-use applicator that is never reused between clients, and a suite that is cleaned and sanitized between appointments. A typical appointment takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Before a visit, clients are asked not to shave for at least two weeks, so hair has grown to about the length of a grain of rice, and to exfoliate 24 to 72 hours ahead, not on the day. Afterward, the studio recommends avoiding heat, friction, and tight clothing for 24 hours, exfoliating two to three times a week, and moisturizing daily to help prevent ingrown hairs.
Underarm and brow services are typically booked every 2 to 4 weeks, and back maintenance is aimed at regular clients on a 6 to 8 week schedule. Waxing during a period is allowed with a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Student pricing on Brazilian services requires a student ID. Clients running late should send a message, since a late arrival may shorten the service time, and cancellations should be made as early as possible. Repeated no-shows without notice may require a deposit to rebook.
The studio presents its waxing as suitable for every skin type, with particular attention to sensitive skin, using a hypoallergenic wax and single-use tools.
