Treatments are built around the client. The 60-minute Customized Facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask chosen for the skin, and a massage. Dermaplaning versions swap in a dermaplaning step, and the Mask + Peel and Dermaplane + Peel add a peel to the same format. The 30-minute Express Peel is a shorter option that covers cleansing, extractions and a peel.

For more concentrated work, the studio offers an Advanced Chemical Peel, a 60-minute resurfacing treatment that uses a 4% pure retinol, and a 75-minute micro-needling session paired with hyaluronic acid and antioxidant serums. The studio describes micro-needling as a minimally invasive option aimed at fine lines, wrinkles, pore size, scarring, and overall tone and texture, and notes that the best results generally come from a series of treatments. The studio says all of its services use high concentrations of active ingredients, so it asks clients to prepare beforehand.

Clients should plan ahead. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice on cancellations, charges a $75 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments, and may shorten a service if a client arrives late so other guests are not delayed. Refunds are not given for services already performed, and a 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Gratuity is appreciated but not expected, and referrals are welcome.

The studio says it aims for results through quality ingredients and products that support skin health, and that glowing skin comes from pairing good home skin care with professional treatments.
