New patients can start with a complimentary consultation, which can be in person, virtual or by phone, to talk through options and build a treatment plan. Each appointment is reserved with a provider. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to share medical history, conditions and allergies before treatment. Financing is available, gift cards can be used for treatments and skincare, and the business sells skincare products online.
