Plans are individualized. The team listens to each patient before recommending a treatment, and plans are set after a consultation. Prices are set by the owner. A new patient initial visit, with or without treatment, is listed at $75.00. New patients should arrive about 15 minutes early, or 30 minutes early for lip filler, lip dissolve, female rejuvenation and urinary incontinence treatment because of pre-treatment numbing, and one hour early for Morpheus8 Face and Morpheus8 Body. A credit card is required at booking for new patients and is not charged until after the service unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. Walk-ins are not offered, but a wait-list is available on the online booking site. Payment is due at the time of service.

The neurotoxin menu covers crow's feet, forehead lines, frown lines, jawline contouring, neck lines and platysma bands, and TMJ treatment. The practice carries Xeomin, Jeuveau and Dysport, and does not carry Botox or Daxxify but offers similar products. Neurotoxin injections use a fine needle, typically take a few minutes and usually do not need anesthesia. Filler options include lip filler and cheek, nasolabial fold, marionette line, under-eye, jawline, chin and temple work, using hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm, Versa, RHA, Restylane and Belotero, along with Radiesse and Sculptra for collagen stimulation. A topical numbing cream is applied during filler sessions, which typically run about 30 to 60 minutes. Chemical peel options are the original VI Peel, VI Peel Purify and VI Peel Precision Plus, and all peels are administered by the nurse practitioner, who customizes the formula to the skin. ToxBooster pairs a VI Peel with neurotoxin in one session.

Beyond injectables, Fresh Face offers Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency for the face, face and neck, face, neck and decollete, and body. It also offers Diolaze XL diode laser hair removal for many areas, Lumecca IPL for pigmented and vascular concerns, Evoke facial contouring and tightening, EvolveX body tightening, a PRX collagen stimulation medical facial, subcision for acne scars, microneedling with PRX or peptides, and teeth whitening. Women's wellness treatments include a urinary incontinence treatment using a Kegel machine and a treatment for excessive sweating. Weight loss consultations include a consultation fee and lab work to assess eligibility, with medication from Preston's Pharmacy, which sets the medication price. Neocutis medical grade skincare is carried as the practice's exclusive partner line, and its products are paraben-free and fragrance-free.

Payment plans and financing are offered for amounts up to $10,000 with no hard credit check on the application, through Cherry with instant approval and monthly payments. Accepted payments are major credit cards, cash and check, though checks are not preferred. A cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged a $100 fee to the card on file, and a missed appointment without notice is charged $200. The practice may end care after two no-shows. Card details are entered through the Jane App on the intake forms, and the practice says it does not charge without the patient's knowledge. Services themselves carry no separate fees. Medical insurance generally does not cover Botox or other med spa treatments, though neurotoxin treatment for excessive sweating may be covered, so patients should check with their insurer.

The office is in Suite B9 on the first floor, next to a dentist's office. There is no patient parking lot. Patients are advised to use metered street parking on Wisconsin Avenue or Chestnut Avenue, or the Harris Teeter garage about a block away, and street meters are free on Sundays. Office hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The practice welcomes patients of all genders.

Treatment plans are individualized, with a consultation first and the practice listening to the patient before recommending a plan.
