The pedicure tiers follow the same pattern, starting with a foot soak, heel buffing and moisturizing cream mousse, and building up to a foot mask, hot towel wrap and extended leg and foot massage.

For gel and lacquer work, gel polish can be added to any manicure or pedicure, and the company says it lasts about two weeks. Gel Shield is a builder gel system (Builder In A Bottle) that the company offers as an alternative to dip and SNS. Healthy Gel Extensions use a soft gel system built on Gel-X tips and Extend gel, which the company says involves no filing, dust or odor.
