The facial menu is built around concerns such as dehydration, aging, congestion and dull skin, and uses professional skincare lines. Options range from a traditional European facial and a Gentleman's Facial adapted for men to acne-focused, brightening, peel, needling and oxygen treatments. The Pineapple Honey Facial, a 60-minute treatment at $150, is designed for sensitive skin, signs of aging and hyperpigmentation. The Fire & Ice Treatment is not recommended for clients with severe acne or rosacea, and Gentleman's Facial clients are asked to shave at least two hours beforehand.

Body work includes contouring and sculpting, skin firming, anti-cellulite therapies and detoxifying body wraps, along with Body Sculpting/Maderoterapia, which is recommended as a minimum of five consecutive sessions. Massage ranges from Swedish and deep tissue to Lomi-Lomi with tropical oils, prenatal massage and therapeutic medical massage. The lymphatic therapists are described by the business as licensed specialists in post-surgical lymphatic therapy. Energy sessions include Reiki-based work and chakra balancing. Proper draping is required during every massage.

New clients complete an intake form before their first visit, as New Jersey regulations require. Appointments are secured with a valid credit card and should be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee per person. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a shorter treatment may be offered. The spa accepts cash and major credit cards, but not personal checks, Venmo or Zelle. Gift cards do not expire and can be applied to services or retail products. Skincare and retail purchases are final.
