The Actually Works Acne Program is built for sensitive, acne-prone skin. It begins with a consultation and a treatment that analyzes the acne and sets up a custom plan. Clients receive acne-safe products and written instructions by email, get access to a client portal, and book follow-up visits. A home routine is required, and virtual check-ins are available for clients who cannot come in. The studio states that most clients see early improvement within four to six weeks and clearer skin by three to four months, while noting that results vary. It also says every product in the program has been tested on reactive skin.

For people who cannot visit in person, there is a $25 virtual skin consultation completed by email, with results usually sent within 48 to 72 hours of the intake form. The virtual plan includes morning and evening steps, product recommendations and digital resources. Products are drawn from a line of more than 150 professional-grade products and must be bought from the studio. Live virtual consultations and one-on-one coaching calls are also available at $200 for one call or $500 for three.

A first appointment is $279 and includes a consultation, a Glimpse Skin Scan, a medical clearance call, and a customized treatment chosen that day. A 50% booking retainer of $139.50 is required to hold the time and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due at the visit. New and returning clients book through separate pages. The studio also sells Omnilux LED devices at $395 each, Colorescience sunscreens, and gift cards, offers local pickup, and states that it accepts installment terms.

Before recommending products, the studio asks about a client's mornings, stress levels and budget, and it says it recommends only what a client's skin needs. Corrective treatments are offered for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and begin conservatively.
