Bookings go through the salon's Glossgenius page, and booking questions can be texted to 812-902-1921. New clients may need up to two hours per appointment, while returning clients typically take one to two hours. Clients should arrive alone unless arrangements are made in advance, with bare nails for a first visit, clean dry hands without lotion or oil, and rings removed. New clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. Early arrivals can wait in the main lobby, which is shared with hair stylists. Drinks are welcome, food is not, and headphones, books and quiet appointments are fine. A restroom is available before appointments begin.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 6:30 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

A non-refundable deposit is taken: $25 for standard services and $5 to $15 for mini services, applied to the final balance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time are charged 50% of the service total. No-shows are charged the full total to the card on file, and clients with a no-show history may need to prepay. A 10-minute grace period applies, and arrivals 10 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows. Payment is due at the end of the appointment: cash is preferred, debit or credit cards are kept on file, and Venmo or Cash App carry a $3 convenience fee. All services and retail sales are final, so any concern about a service must be raised within 48 hours.

The salon describes itself as the 2025 BetterBusiness Rate Nail Salon of the Year and says it was a 2026 Beautyfull Awards finalist for Salon of the Year. It says quality work cannot be rushed.
