A first visit usually starts with a New Client Consultation, a 45-minute appointment for $50. The fee is credited toward the first facial if that facial is booked during the consultation. Clients who want help choosing products can book a 30-minute Product Consultation, which builds a custom at-home routine; its $50 fee is applied to a product purchase. Products held for a client can be collected at a Product Pick Up visit at no charge.

The facial menu runs from quick Express Facials, such as a 45-minute oxygen treatment with no downtime, to 60- to 90-minute facials with custom masks and LED. Peels include lactic acid, acne and salicylic-based options, and there is a dedicated back acne treatment. Infusion facials use Osmosis RevitaPen with Retinaldehyde, and the Exosome Infusion treatment includes a Retinaldehyde infusion.

Appointments need 24 hours notice to cancel, or the client is charged 50% of the service booked. Arriving 15 or more minutes late, or not showing up, also carries a 50% no-show fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 12 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards are available.
