On the hair side, the salon offers men's and women's cuts and styles, plus children's cuts, color, highlights, ombre, accent colors, peek-a-boo color and gray coverage. Stylists look at the condition of your hair and review style photos you bring before they plan the service. Hair pricing depends on length, thickness and overall condition. Great Lengths extensions start with a consultation; the 100% human hair is applied with pre-bonded keratin bonds that are color-matched to your natural hair and can be brushed and styled. Shampoo and style, and Brazilian Blowout, are also offered.

For skin, the menu runs from deluxe and customized facials to specialty treatments such as acne facials, glycolic and enzyme facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, hydro infusion, oxygen and vitamin C facials, and microneedling. The Ultimate Spa Facial is a 90-minute service that combines dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a peel, and oxygen or light therapy. Acne treatment includes professional facials, extractions and an at-home plan, and restorative treatments are offered for fine lines, acne scars and hyperpigmentation. The salon says its restorative treatments use pharmaceutical-grade products. Image and Hylunia skincare are carried, and facial pricing depends on skin condition and existing blemishes.

Makeup services use Jane Iredale mineral makeup, which the salon uses and sells exclusively. A makeup consultation is free, application lessons are offered for everyday and special occasions, and special event makeup is available. Waxing is done with Nufree, a non-wax hair removal system, and the salon states its waxing professionals are licensed.
