The menu covers root touch-ups, single process color, ombre and balayage, and partial or full highlights and lowlights, with blow-dry-only and haircut versions of most color services. Men's single process and grey coverage is offered with or without a cut. Fantasy color, color correction and men's highlights require a consultation first. Add-ons include a flat iron and/or curl, a hair conditioning treatment, and a toner refresh that is available to existing clients only. Services may be adjusted at the stylist's discretion.

The salon takes bookings online through a DaySmart page or by phone at 617-547-3867. It is closed on Mondays, opens at 9:00 am Tuesday through Friday and at 8:00 am on Saturday, and is open on Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations inside that window, and no-call, no-shows, are charged a 100% cancellation fee.
