The studio was opened to leave more time for each client and to offer more personal sessions. Ana Franco had worked in three upscale hair salons before opening it. About 60% of clients are women and about 40% are men.
The menu is organized into color, cuts, extensions and styling. Color covers toner glosses, root work, money pieces, fantasy color, highlights, babylights, balayage and a combined babylights and balayage option. Lightening services include a gloss. Cuts include men's, women's and children's haircuts, plus mustache clean-ups and beard trims. Styling covers blowouts, flat ironing and curling, formal looks, bridesmaids and bridal styling. Sessions are kept personal, with time set aside for each client rather than a rushed schedule.
