Color is a large part of the menu. Options range from all-over solid color and gloss and tone to root touch-ups, lowlights, and balayage, highlights and babylights. Blonde-focused services include platinum card and blonde root touch-up, and color correction is offered for box-dyed hair or blonde that needs fixing. Fashion and pastel shades are priced as an extra charge on top of blonding.

For longer-term work, the salon offers Yuko, a permanent straightening treatment for textured, curly or frizzy hair, and Brazilian blowout, a keratin treatment that reduces frizz. Extensions include hand tied and K-tip options, and clients on regular maintenance can book a move-up every four to six weeks. A customized treatment and a discounted treatment add-on are also available.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Several services take a deposit: $75 for color correction, balayage and highlight services, lowlights, platinum card, blonde root touch-up, Brazilian blowout and extension move-ups, $50 for all-over color, $120 for Yuko, and $400 each for hand tied and K-tip extensions. Deposits are kept for no-shows and for cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours, and a no-show is also charged half the service price. A deposit kept after a cancellation more than 24 hours ahead becomes credit toward future services or products. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Treatments are customized to the hair's needs, and several color services include bleach, toner and conditioning in the starting price, with extra bowls billed separately.
