Each installation begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to choose the method, match color and talk through upkeep. Extension pricing is quoted individually, and a deposit of 50% of the cost is required and applied toward the hair purchase.

Booking details: new clients are seen Tuesday through Friday, without evening appointments, and can ask for a specific stylist among Nichole, Devin and Danielle, or request no preference. Before a first visit, new clients send up to five current hair photos taken in natural light, with at least three requested, plus their hair history. New clients pay a deposit and keep a card on file to reserve; the deposit is $100 for appointments of three hours or more and $50 for shorter ones. Changes made more than 48 hours ahead carry no fee, while later changes are charged 50% of the service price. Clients more than 10 minutes late may not receive the full service, and arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show. Hair concerns should be raised within 10 days, and the original stylist corrects them free of charge. All sales are final, with no refunds.
