The salon side covers designer haircuts for women, men, children and teens, with shampoo, conditioning and a blowdry or style included. Color work ranges from single process color and partial or full highlights to bleach and toner, balayage and ombre. Color upgrades such as a silk lift serum, color locking, pure pigments, color balancing and glazes, and special effects can be added. Color correction and aqua extensions are priced after a consultation. Permanent waves and relaxers, including a Kerasilk treatment, are also available. Hair extensions require a 50% deposit.

The spa side includes body polishes and body wraps, which use Pevonia products in anti-aging, hydrating and firming versions. Body treatments run about 1.5 hours and end with a steam shower, and they begin with a complimentary coffee or tea and a foot soak. Massage therapy is provided by therapists licensed by the Ohio state medical board. Facial treatments use natural ingredients. Hair removal is done with the Nufree Nudesse system, which is wax-free, sugar-free and honey-free, and threading and waxing cover the face and body. Manicures, pedicures, shellac, acrylics and nail art are offered in the nail services.

Bridal services include packages, a bridal preview, a day-of up-do with veil placement, and bridal makeup, including trials. Makeup services use Pinnacle Cosmetics, which the salon describes as hypo-allergenic, paraben-free and fragrance-free, and they include airbrush application and makeup lessons. Spa packages and spa parties can also be booked for occasions.

The salon is open Monday 9AM to 7PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9AM to 9PM, Friday and Saturday 9AM to 5PM, and closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Salon services should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead and spa services at least 48 hours ahead. Groups of three or more need to book two weeks in advance with a 50% deposit and a credit card hold, and a 15% gratuity is added to group bills. Credit card payments carry a convenience fee.
