The founders started out as nail technicians, more than five years before the salon's about page was written. The salon says it works with each client to build a personalized nail design, and nail design is offered as an add-on to other services.

The menu covers manicures such as the Classic Manicure at $30, the Gel Manicure at $45, and dipping powder, Gel X and powder full sets. Pedicures range from a Natural Pedicure at $45 to a Champagne Pedicure at $115. Each pedicure has its own ingredients: sea salt, rose and honey, jellies and lemon, green tea, and paraffin or hot stone massage. The Champagne Pedicure includes a foot soak with Korbel champagne, which the salon says detoxifies skin and evens out skin tone, and it includes a hot stone and CBD lotion massage. Gel polish can be added to the natural, box, rose, jelly and tea honey pedicures for $15.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Online booking lets clients choose a technician or be randomly assigned one. Requests for a specific technician or a group booking are made by phone. All services are non-refundable, but the salon offers a free fix within 7 days of a gel manicure and within 10 days of a dipping powder appointment if there are problems with the nails.
