The studio began as a small, provider-led practice founded by Janet Koller, who worked as a corporate and tax CPA before opening it. The studio was built around the idea that aesthetic care should be a planned process rather than a sales conversation.

Every visit starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, in person or by video, with no obligation to book. Skin is measured before anything is recommended, and skincare forms the basis of each plan because treatments work on the skin's surface. Consultations end with a written plan and pricing, or with a recommendation to wait if treatment isn't right yet. The studio will also explain what is possible whether or not it offers the treatment, and the client makes the decision. Plans are revisited at every appointment as skin and goals change. XERF is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that tightens skin and stimulates collagen. The FDA cleared it for non-invasive skin tightening in August 2025, after several years on the South Korean market. XERF involves no numbing, no needles and no downtime, and cryotherapy cools the skin's surface during treatment. Some patients notice mild redness that usually fades within an hour, some lifting may be visible right away, and full results develop over 8 to 12 weeks as collagen rebuilds. The recommended protocol is two treatments 30 days apart, followed by a maintenance treatment at 12 months. It suits early-to-moderate laxity on the face and body and is not a substitute for significant volume loss or advanced laxity. The XERF name is a trademark of Cynosure Lutronic.

Other treatments include collagen induction microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, injectables such as Botox and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, and filler reversal. Injectables are dosed conservatively, and the studio sometimes recommends less treatment or none at all. Starting rates include Skin Rejuvenation from $175 per session, a chemical peel or dermaplaning at $141, a Frame Facial at $175, collagen induction at $385 per session, a full XERF treatment from $2,000, neuromodulators from $12 per unit, and fillers from $600. Treatment planning begins with skin quality, and other treatments are added only when they are expected to contribute something. The studio prefers a consistent routine over several one-off treatments.
