Lash extensions are the main focus. Clients can book a full new set or a refill, and five volume styles are offered: Classic, Hybrid, Natural, Mega and Dramatic. Classic uses 0.10 thickness lashes with one artificial lash placed on each natural lash. Hybrid mixes classic and natural styles, with 1 to 2 lashes per fan. Natural uses 0.07 thickness lashes with 2 to 3 per fan, Mega uses 4 to 7 per fan, and Dramatic uses 8 or more per fan. A new Classic set takes about 2 hours, and a new Dramatic set takes about 3 hours.

Refills are meant for returning clients and are booked up to 3 weeks after the last set. Refill prices apply when at least 40% of the lashes remain. If less remains, a technician sets the price. Refill appointments run from about 1 hour for Classic to about 1 hour 45 minutes for Dramatic.

Brow services include shaping, tinting, a combined shape and tint, and lamination. Brow lamination uses chemicals to straighten the brow hairs and set them upward, and it is suited to making thin or sparse brows look fuller. It is often paired with a brow tint.

Lash treatments include lash tinting, lash removal, and a semi-permanent lash lift or lamination that lifts and curls natural lashes. A free allergy patch test checks whether a client reacts to lash extension glue. It is usually done at least 48 hours before a lash procedure so any reaction can be observed. Lip and chin waxing is also available.
