Other options include Biomat massage, which combines massage with infrared heat, sound therapy and crystal healing; Reiki; Pregnancy massage in 60 and 90 minute sessions; Couples Duet massage, where two people relax side by side; and Athlete's Revival, a 90 minute recovery session with stretching and trigger point work. Massage add-ons range from $15 to $30, and the 2 Hour Bliss Massage is listed at $285. Clients may undress to their comfort level and are kept modestly draped at all times.

Medical weight loss is medically supervised GLP-1 treatment using semaglutide or tirzepatide, with a care team checking in every week.
