Appointments are booked online through the studio's Glossgenius page. A deposit is required at booking to hold the appointment and is applied to the cost of the service on the day. Children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Sunday closed.
Structured hard or builder gel is offered for strength and a natural finish, and gel manicures include cuticle cleaning, a eucalyptus scrub, steam and a hand massage. Nail repair covers a broken, cracked or damaged nail. Soak-offs are required when nails were done by another technician or salon, and acrylic fill-ins are not done over another technician's enhancements; those clients are asked to book a soak-off followed by a new set. Nail art is priced in three tiers that are added to the base service price.
Any change to a booking, whether canceling or moving it, requires at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation, a late reschedule or a no-show incurs a charge of 50% of the booked service total, billed to the card kept on file, and the deposit is forfeited. Arriving 10 or more minutes late could result in the visit being moved or called off. An appointment can be rescheduled up to two times, and deposits cannot be refunded unless they transfer to a new date with proper notice. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be used for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, but it must be approved before the appointment.
