ForzHair was started by two entrepreneurs who had their own experience with hair loss, working with plastic surgeon Dr. Tatiana Tournieux. The method first came up when Dr. Tournieux used it to improve the results of hair implant procedures. It was later found to work on its own, which led to the creation of the business.

The program begins with an initial consultation and a DNA test (TrichoTest by Fagron Genomics) that informs a personalized plan. Over one year it includes six in-clinic sessions of about 30 minutes each. Each session applies a proprietary hair solution through microneedling. The business describes the procedure as non-invasive and painless, with no anesthesia needed. The in-clinic solution contains hair stimulants including minoxidil and dutasteride, along with a blend of organic and mineral pigments that the business says are non-permanent.

Between sessions, patients apply a customized topical solution prescribed by the medical team based on the genetic test. That solution is delivered to the home each month for $80. After the program, one or two maintenance sessions a year, along with a personalized topical solution, are described as enough to preserve results, depending on need.

The business states that initial growth may appear within as little as eight weeks and that the treatment works faster than topical and oral medications. Results are not guaranteed, and each patient is evaluated individually by an appropriate healthcare provider before treatment. The complete program costs $4,550. Financing is available through partner Cherry, with eligibility checked on the site. Current promotions can be asked about with the team, and a $300 credit toward treatment is given for each referred friend. Free consultations are offered, limited to two per person per 365 days.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Non-group appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $100 charge applies to late cancellations or no-shows. Group appointments need 72 hours' notice, with a $200 charge for late cancellations. Arriving more than ten minutes late may mean the appointment has to be rescheduled. Prepaid services can be redeemed within one year of payment. Monthly product returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and refunds are limited to the amount paid for that month's product. If card payment problems occur, payment in cash is required. An adult must accompany children under 18 receiving services.
