Manicures are tiered from F1 to F5. F1, at $30, covers nail trimming, reshaping, cuticle grooming, buffing, lotion, massage and a choice of polish. F2, at $35, adds a sugar scrub. F5, at $50, is the most involved, with a hylar salt soak, collagen gloves, candle therapy, a herbal neck wrap and polish.

Pedicures are also tiered, from F1 at $35 to F6 at $95. Higher levels add callus treatment, sugar scrubs or masques, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, hot towel wraps and collagen socks. From F4 up, a herbal neck wrap is included, and F6 adds a muscle relief salt soak, organic scrub and mask, candle oil and a 20-minute hot stone massage.

Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and the salon notes that any service may be priced higher depending on how difficult it is. Full sets include clear gel with pink-and-white or acrylic powder, and custom shapes such as coffin, almond, stiletto and flare add $7 to a full set. Kids services are for children 10 and under.

The salon states that tools and equipment are sterilized in an autoclave after each use, following Arizona State Board of Cosmetology guidelines, and that disposable tools that cannot be properly sterilized are thrown out right away. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, give 24 hours notice for cancellations, and expect a shortened service or a need to reschedule if they are more than 10 minutes late. Nail scratches or misshaping are corrected when the salon is told within 24 hours and the client comes in within 5 days. Services are redone at no cost if the client is unhappy and says so during or right after the service. Accepted payment is cash, debit, checks and most credit cards, and clients should ask about Venmo or Cash App before booking. Gift certificates, vouchers and loyalty cards cannot be cashed out, and lost ones cannot be replaced.

Tools are sterilized in an autoclave after every use under Arizona cosmetology board guidelines, and disposable tools that cannot be sterilized are discarded. According to the salon, its technicians are highly trained in current techniques.
