A visit usually starts with a consultation before any cutting begins, and a Client Experience Intake Form is kept at the front desk for those who want to fill it in ahead of time. Cuts are grouped by length: short cuts, which cover pixies and crops, take 45 minutes from $52; medium cuts, from ear-covering to shoulder length including bobs, lobs and short shags, take 60 minutes from $68; long cuts below the shoulders, such as long layers, shags and butterfly cuts, take 75 minutes from $84.

A buzz cut is one clipper length all over and takes about 15 minutes from $23, while the buzz cut with fade adds a clipper cut faded on the sides and back for 30 minutes from $38. Beard trims start at $23 and shape short or long beards with clippers or scissors, and the version with a straight razor line up adds a steamed towel and a straight razor finish from $38.

Younger clients have their own junior cuts for guests 12 and under: a short cut from $38, a medium cut from $52 and a long cut from $68. A basic shampoo is included with any haircut when requested. Upgrades add extra care, including a $18 shampoo with an extended scalp massage and steamed facial towel, and a $20 treatment using R+Co products that the business says processes in five minutes and lasts up to 23 shampoos.

Grey blending color is offered on short hair only, for clients with 50% grey or less, and is meant to camouflage grey rather than fully cover it. No other color services are offered. The team also sells a selected range of Hairstory, R+Co and Nutrafol products, with part stocked in the shop and the rest sourced through affiliate links. Gift cards are available, and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are offered to clients.
