Form Salon is a hair salon at 742 Dulaney Valley Road in Towson. It sits within the Dulaney Plaza center, opposite Towson Town Center, with Fresh Market in front of it. Caroline Delauder, Courtney Duncan and Rhonda Murtaugh are the owners, and they lead a team that includes stylists Bre Cohill, Kayleigh Iwanowski, Leah Boring, Lindsey Pope, Sydney Edwards and Judy Weidel. According to the salon, it treats hairstyling as a craft and a skill, not simply a job.

Before planning a result, stylists get to know each client's lifestyle and hair health. Each color formula is mixed individually for the client. The salon says it keeps its stylists current on the latest coloring and cutting techniques through continuing education, and stylists and assistants teach aftercare so clients can recreate their looks at home.

The salon's work covers custom cutting and styling, custom color, and custom highlights, with hair therapy and extensions also offered. Specialties include vibrant reds, lived-in color, traditional highlights, precision cuts and textured haircuts. Balayage and teasylight are priced by full or partial foil, and gloss services come in single, double or triple applications. Smoothing treatments start at $300 for short hair and $350 for medium to long hair. All services are priced a la carte, and the salon notes that prices may rise depending on hair length and density. Clients should know a few policies before booking. A credit card on file secures all appointments. Some new clients must complete a digital consultation form, with responses sent within two business days. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and cancellations within the hour or no-shows are charged the full price. Purchased products are not returnable, though the salon offers exchanges for another product. Children may not be on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service. If a cut or color needs adjusting within the first week after a visit, clients can ask and the stylist will make accommodations.
