Form Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical aesthetics studio in Suite 25 at 1500 West 38th Street in Austin. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Treatments are personalized to each client. Consultations are offered before Sculptra, IV therapy and weight loss treatments are scheduled. Microneedling visits are booked for an hour, chemical peels for 45 minutes, and neurotoxin treatments usually take under 30 minutes. Dermal filler visits run from 30 minutes to two hours.
Services fall into four groups: advanced skin treatments, injectables, wellness, and signature treatments. The signature options combine several methods. The Porcelain Protocol brings together microneedling, neurotoxin, hyaluronic acid filler and a regenerative add-on of PDGF, PDRN or exosomes, which the business calls its most comprehensive skin transformation treatment. The Revival Protocol pairs a customized IV drip with red light therapy and a glutathione push, and the business says nothing else like it exists in Austin.
The wellness services include IV hydration therapy, where fluids with electrolytes, vitamins and minerals are delivered through an IV line, and vitamin shots given by intramuscular injection, including B12, vitamin C, glutathione, Myers' Cocktail and proprietary blends. The Wellness Program combines nutrition education, lifestyle coaching and, when appropriate, compounded medications under medical supervision. The business notes that vitamin injection therapy has not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
The studio carries medical-grade skincare from Alastin, SkinMedica, Revision and Skin Better Science, which can be purchased through the Shop Skincare section of the website.
Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual client, with consultations used to plan before anything is booked.
