New clients can start with a free skin consultation focused on their goals, followed by the New Client Facial, which exfoliates, uses microdermabrasion when needed, hydrates and protects the skin. The Forever Young Signature Facial is the longer option, combining LED light, microdermabrasion, extractions, a purifying mask, a collagen lift, high-frequency treatment and a scalp treatment, and the site calls it a client favorite. Other facials include the Deep Cleansing Facial, a Gentleman Facial designed for bearded clients, the Hydroexfoliator (also listed as the Hydra Facial), Dermaplaning Facial and Procell Microchanneling. Dermaplaning cannot be done on active acne, and the site notes it does not make hair grow back thicker. Procell Microchanneling is offered to clients who are free of acne; others are asked to consult about a customized home routine first. The site says it has little to no downtime and lists acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, collagen stimulation and anti-aging among its benefits.

Lash and brow services include the Korean Lash Lift, which uses a flat shield and multi-stage lifting, often without heavy adhesives, and includes tinting. Results are listed as lasting six to eight weeks, and a touch-up every ten weeks is recommended but not required. Brow Lamination adds volume and holds a groomed shape for up to two months, with a brow wax cleanup and shaping included. It is available to clients who have had microblading before. Waxing covers a Brazilian wax, which removes all or most hair from the pubic area, and a Jelly Mask add-on that the site describes as brightening the bikini area.

Massage options include Swedish massage in 50, 90 and 120 minute sessions, with pressure adjusted from light to firm, prenatal massage with positioning changes and a pregnancy pillow (not offered to high-risk pregnancies), Postnatal + Cradle and Care Bonding for new mothers and their babies, couples massage, and cupping therapy that uses suction cups. Breastfeeding is welcome during postnatal sessions, and a loved one can stay in the room with the baby. Makeup services include bridal inquiries and special occasion bookings, plus a VIP travel option with a travel fee starting at $100. Online booking for makeup is open up to 30 days ahead; events further out need a form or a call to the salon.

Products include the Image MD Restoring Facial Cleanser, Ageless retinol creams, a mineral tinted Sunbetter Smart Tone Sunscreen that can also serve as a makeup primer, Clear Cell Salicylic Pads, and a Brightening Aftercare set.
