The studio is nurse-owned and operated and is based at 209 Meacham Rd in Schaumburg. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Body contouring is the core of the studio. Pretti Sculpt combines Lipo Cavitation, RF skin tightening and laser lipo with wood therapy, and works on one area at a time, including the abdomen and flanks, inner and upper thighs, arms and back. The studio recommends sessions every 72 hours for best results. Pretti Sculpt 360 uses the same technologies for a full body session, with a focus on the abdomen, flanks and back. A separate cellulite treatment pairs vacuum therapy with wood therapy and is suggested once a week. Body contouring usually takes a series of 6 to 10 sessions, and results depend on consistency, hydration and lifestyle. Pretti Sculpt and Pretti Sculpt 360 are sold as package rates, and pricing is given on request by contacting the studio.

Post-op care supports people who have had a cosmetic procedure such as body contouring, liposuction or chin augmentation. Pressotherapy with specialized techniques is used to stimulate the lymphatic system after surgery, with a focus on the abdomen and back. Lymphatic support is commonly started 24 to 72 hours after surgery, with surgeon clearance. Fluid Extraction treats fluid that builds up between skin layers after liposuction. Post Op Maintenance combines Pretti Sculpt techniques, wood therapy and post-op methods, and is offered to clients 6 to 12 post op. A separate injectable post-op service is available for the chin, using conservative, tailored treatments.

Injectable aesthetics include Botox, used to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles to soften forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and other areas. Botox results typically appear within 3 to 7 days and last 3 to 4 months. Dermal fillers are offered for the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin and smile lines, with results visible right away and lasting 6 to 24 months depending on product and area. Injectable treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals using FDA-approved products. A consultation and informed consent are required before Botox or filler.

The medical weight loss program is nurse-led with oversight from a licensed medical provider. It begins with an initial consultation, followed by a medical evaluation and prescription from a Nurse Practitioner, which can take place in person or by telehealth. Dosing is personalized and monitored over time. FDA-approved medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are used, and a consultation is required to determine eligibility. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service with no hard credit checks and no hidden fees, with interest-bearing plans, 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and approvals up to $30,000. Most body contouring, post-op and injectable services are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The studio also runs a hands-on training course, the FPBS Body Contour Training Course, covering wood therapy, cavitation and radio frequency, laser lipo and vacuum butt lift. The course costs $1,900, with a $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold a seat and the balance paid in cash on class day, or the course cost can be paid in 4 installments. Classes are held on certain Sundays at 10 am, with dates available on request. Each participant receives a Certificate of Completion, a goodie bag with samples and consent form examples. A set of four Colombian wood tools is sold at class for $150.
