Every treatment is performed or supervised by a licensed aesthetic injector. Visits are by appointment only and walk-ins are not taken. Free parking is available on site. Bookings can be made online or by calling or texting (512) 962-1877. The studio lists Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, with Mondays by appointment and Sundays closed.

A first consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to book. Before any treatment begins, the studio reviews risks, benefits and realistic outcomes, and the personalized plan and exact total are confirmed. Plans are built around each client's features, timeline and budget. A complimentary follow-up visit is offered to fine-tune injectable results if needed. All major credit cards are accepted, and payment plans are available.

Neuromodulators include Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin, with the product matched to the client at consultation. Botox and Xeomin are available by request only. Dermal filler is used for lips, cheeks and chin, and filler can be dissolved if a client wants to adjust it. Microneedling, PDRN and stem-cell options, PDO thread work and medical weight loss are also offered. Memberships called The Refresh, The Glow and The Forever carry monthly credit and discounts, with no long-term contract and a 30-day notice request for cancellation.
